Sevashram aims to provide the best infrastructure and the best possible comforts to the Senior Citizens, Old Persons living in and around Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Medak in Andhra Pradesh, India. And many kind, benevolent, generous supporters have been supporting Sevashram right from it's inception. Here we would like to acknowledge and thank sincerely some of these donors.

Solar Water Heater


Mr. Vadde Sobhan Babu donated Rs. 1 Lakh to Sevashram for installation of a Solar Water Heater to take care of his mother and other old persons, during his mother's short stay in Sevashram in April 2012.


As per his wish, a Solar Water Heater of 1000 Liters Capacity /day comprising of 250 liters x 4 tanks, ETC ( Evacuated Tube Collector) type for bathing usage was successfully commissioned on the terrace of the Building in June 2012, just before the commencement of  Monsoon season.


This facility is widely appreciated by the Ashramites and the earlier dependency on firewood & delay in getting hot water has been resolved and further contributing to Eco Green concept.


M/s Anu Solar, Bangalore supplied the system and local partner Ms/s Brightlight Renewable Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Jubilee Hills installed the system.

Sevashram thanks the Donors. Dr.Y.Jayaprakash & Smt Dr.Y.Dharmarani Jayaprakash, KPHB Colony, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, for donating Rs.1,00,000/ for procurement of necessary Gym Kits in Year 2009. With their kind contribution now all the old aged persons in Sevashram are able to do simple exercises and keep themselves healthy and fit. 


Generator, Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Plant & Double burner Cooking range

We sincerely thank Andhra Bank, Somajiguda Branch for kindly donating Rs.1,45,000 /-in September 2003 for purchase of Generator, Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Plant and Double Burner Cooking Range for the kitchen. With long power cuts of over 8 hours per day prevalent in Annaram Village, the generator is helping the old aged persons in Sevashram to have at least access to fans and tube lights. The Reverse Osmosis Water Purification plant has solved the problem of procuring safe drinking water during all seasons.


Building Grant

Sevashram would be ever grateful to the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Central Govt. of India, for the sanction of Rs.15,00,000/- grant toward construction of Sevashram Building, which is now accommodating the inmates and facilities of Sevashram. With this Grant, Sevashram has constructed all the facilities in the Ground Floor.


First Floor Construction

Sevashram and all it's inmates sincerely thank Sri. Kode  Venkatadri  Chowdhury Charitable Society, Smt. Kode Satya gnane Prasumamba & Smt Kode Venkata Sadhya, for donating Rs.8,00,000/-  for the construction of First Floor in the Sevashram Building.


Flooring in Ground Floor & First Floor

Sevashram thanks Sri.N.V Rattaiah, MD-Divya Shakthi Granites, for kindly donating Rs.3,50,000/- toward total flooring costs in the Ground Floor and First Floor of the Sevashram Building.


Maruthi Van –2009

Sevashram thanks Mr.Anil Ranade & Mrs.Pragathi Ranade, for gifting a Maruti Van to Sevashram which is now being used for all transport purposes of the Institute.
